Listed as MIA over the Palua Island.
Found in 2005 by Dr. Pat Scannon after several years
of searching.
Memorial Marker is in the Friendly Cemetery, Tyler County, West Virginia with
his parents.
Basil B. W. Bowe - born 07
Sep 1915 - died 14 Jan 1944
died in Tyler County, West Virginia
WWII Vet.
Buried in the Arlington Cemetery Fort Myer, Virginia
